This means that data you transmit via this website cannot be read by third parties. The web hosting provider is FORMALITY Deutschland, Lindenstr. 16N, 01917 Kamenz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Information on data protection at FORMALITY Deutschland can be found here: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.formality.de\/de\/kontakt\/datenschutz\/\">https:\/\/www.formality.de\/de\/kontakt\/datenschutz\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As soon as personal data is collected on this website, it is processed on the hoster's servers. The purpose of the processing is a secure, fast and efficient provision of our online offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The legal basis of the processing is the legitimate interest according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR to secure our internet presence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to fully comply with the legal data protection requirements, we have concluded an order processing contract with FORMALITY Germany.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a><\/a><a><strong>Legal basis of the processing<\/strong><\/a><br><br><a>Article 6 I lit. a GDPR serves as the legal basis for the controller for processing operations where consent has been obtained from the data subject for a specific processing purpose. If the processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, as is the case, for example, with processing operations which are necessary for the delivery of goods or the provision of another service or consideration, the processing is based on Article 6 I lit. b GDPR. The same applies to processing operations that are necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures, for example in the case of enquiries about products or services. If the controller is subject to a legal obligation by which the processing of personal data becomes necessary, such as for the fulfilment of tax obligations, the processing is based on Art. 6 I lit. c GDPR. In rare cases, the processing of personal data might become necessary in order to protect the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person. This would be the case, for example, if a visitor were to be injured on our premises and as a result his or her name, age, health insurance details or other vital information had to be passed on to a doctor, hospital or other third party. Then the processing would be based on Art. 6 I lit. d GDPR. Finally, processing operations could be based on Art. 6 I lit. f GDPR. Processing operations which are not covered by any of the aforementioned legal bases are based on this legal basis if the processing is necessary to protect a legitimate interest of the controller or a third party, provided that the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not overridden. Such processing operations are permitted in particular because they were specifically mentioned by the European legislator. In this respect, it took the view that a legitimate interest could be assumed if the data subject is a customer of the controller (recital 47, second sentence of the GDPR).<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a><\/a><a><strong>Duration for which the personal data are stored<\/strong><\/a><br><br><a>The criterion for the duration of the storage of personal data is the respective statutory retention period. After expiry of the period, the corresponding personal data is deleted if it is no longer required for the fulfilment or initiation of the contract.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a><strong>Contact form<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We store the data transmitted in the contact form together with your contact data in order to be able to process your enquiry or to be able to answer your further requests. Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your consent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a>The basis of the data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO, which permits the processing of data based on your consent. You can revoke your consent at any time without giving reasons. An informal communication by e-mail is sufficient for the revocation. Mandatory legal provisions or retention periods remain unaffected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a><strong>Audio and video conferences<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the tools we use to communicate with our clients is online conferencing. If you communicate with us by video or audio conference via the Internet, your personal data is collected and processed by us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The conference tools collect all data that you provide\/enter to use the tools (e-mail address and\/or your telephone number). Furthermore, the conference tools process the duration of the conference, start and end (time) of participation in the conference, number of participants and other \"contextual information\" related to the communication process (metadata).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Furthermore, we process all technical data that are necessary for handling the online communication. This includes in particular IP addresses, MAC addresses, device IDs, device type, operating system type and version, client version, camera type, microphone or loudspeaker and the type of connection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If content is exchanged, uploaded or otherwise made available within the tool, this is also stored on the servers of the tool providers. Such content includes, in particular, cloud recordings, chat\/ instant messages, voicemails uploaded photos and videos, files, whiteboards and other information shared while using the service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Data collected directly by us through the video and conferencing tools will be deleted from our systems as soon as you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to store it or the purpose for storing it no longer applies. Stored cookies remain on your terminal device until you delete them. Mandatory legal retention periods remain unaffected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The conference tools are used to communicate with prospective or existing contractual partners or to offer certain services to our customers (Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b GDPR). Furthermore, the use of the tools serves the general simplification and acceleration of communication with us or our company (legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). Insofar as consent has been requested, the tools in question are used on the basis of this consent; consent can be revoked at any time with effect for the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a><\/a><a><strong>Data protection in applications and the application process<\/strong><\/a><br><br>If you send us your application documents, we process your personal data for the purpose of handling the application procedure. If you send us your application documents electronically, for example by e-mail or a web form, we will also process them electronically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The personal data you send us will only be used to process your application for the advertised position. Your personal data will only be disclosed to persons involved in the application process. All employees entrusted with data processing are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of your data. We do not pass on your personal data to third parties unless you have consented to the passing on of data or we are obliged to pass on data due to legal provisions and\/or official or court orders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you provide us with personal data as part of the application process, this data will be divided into the following data types and data categories for collection, processing and\/or use:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If an employment contract is concluded with you, the transmitted data will be stored for the purpose of the employment relationship in compliance with the statutory provisions. If no employment contract is concluded with you, the data will be automatically deleted 6 months after notification of the rejection decision, provided that no other legitimate interests of the data controller oppose deletion. Other legitimate interest in this sense is, for example, a duty to provide evidence in proceedings under the General Equal Treatment Act (ETA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a><\/a><a><\/a><a><strong>Cookies<\/strong><\/a><strong> <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our website uses cookies. The provider is the OpenStreetMap Foundation, St John's Innovation Centre, Cowley Road, Cambridge, CB 4 0 WS, United Kingdom, hereinafter referred to as \"OpenStreetMap\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When one of our Internet pages is called up in which the OpenStreetMap service is integrated, OpenStreetMap stores a cookie on the user's end device via the Internet browser. This processes the user settings and user data for the purpose of displaying the page or ensuring the functionality of the OpenStreetMap service. Through this processing, OpenStreetMap can recognise from which website a request has been sent by the user and to which IP address the display of the directions should be transmitted.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The legal basis of the processing is the legitimate interest according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR to improve our website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you do not agree to this processing, you have the option of preventing the installation of cookies by making the appropriate settings in your internet browser. This also applies to profiling insofar as it is related to such direct marketing.
